Reports, Data, and Strategic Plan

The data shown in this section gives a great overview of how our candidates are doing, both during their UNC Charlotte program and after! In addition, the Cato College of Education’s Strategic Plan is part of the college’s continuous improvement efforts. The plan explains the goals, strategies and measures of the college. Reports:

The UNC Educator Quality Dashboard is an interactive tool that provides information regarding recruitment & selection, educator preparation, performance & employment and University-School Partnerships.

The UNC Charlotte Cato College of Education Institutions of Higher Education Reports are prepared in compliance with the NC law 115C.269.35, by the Department of Public Instruction. Separate reports are issued for undergraduate programs, graduate programs, and school administration programs. IHE Performance Reports are issued by the State of North Carolina annually.

The Educator Preparation Report Card is also provided by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction each academic year as an overview of the effectiveness and productivity of education graduates.

Strategic Plan:

Cato College of Education and Departmental Annual Reports are developed in compliance with the COED Strategic Plan and Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs). Each report outline progress made by the College as a whole and by departments.

Data:

The Cato COED UG Admissions Profile provides aggregated undergradte admissions data for AY 2015-2018. This document is in the format of a PDF.
